SHIPPING & RETURN

RETURN

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Restocking fee is subject to 15% charge. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order to qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be shipped back to ALMA HAIR EXTENSIONS. Upon receiving your return item we will review and check-in with you to confirm or deny the refund. If you are approved, the refund should reflect in 7-10 business days back on your payment card.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund through our Return/Exchange Center after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card/original method of payment. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned hair.

EXCHANGES

You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.  Visit our Return/Exchange Center to begin the process of an exchange.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your shipping fee will be processed in our Return/Exchange Center and upon receiving payment we will send a return shipping label for your item. 
ALMA Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is your shipping policy?Shipping costs are non-refundable, we offer a Flat Shipping free for all US main land territory.

Domestic

We ship to all US main land territory at a flat fee.

International

Our online store is exclusive for registered and licensed cosmetologists, so our prices reflect WHOLESALE pricing.
